Custom Work Policy

Because our bookbinding services are custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final once work has begun. We work closely with you throughout the process to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

Quality Assurance

We take great care to ensure every binding meets our high standards of craftsmanship. Before delivery, each project is thoroughly inspected for quality and adherence to the agreed specifications.

Defects and Issues

If you receive a completed binding that has a manufacturing defect or does not meet the agreed specifications, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or other appropriate remedies.

Project Modifications

If you wish to modify your project after work has begun, please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments, which will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a project before work begins, you may do so without penalty. If work has already begun, cancellation terms will be specified in your project agreement and may include charges for materials and labor already completed.

Deposits

Deposits are required to begin work on custom projects. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover initial materials and labor costs.
